UPSC Assistant Commandant Physical Standards Test:-

For Men- 

• Hight – 165 cm
• Chest – 81 + 5 cm
• Weight – 50 kg

For Women –

• Hight – 157 cm
• Chest –  NA
• Weight – 46 kg

UPSC Assistant Commandant Physical Efficiency Test – 

For Men-

• 100 Meter Race – 16 Sec.
• 800 Meter Race – 3 Minutes 45 Sec.
• Long Jump – 3.5 Meter
• Shot Put (7.26 kg) – 4.5 Meter

For Women

• 100 Meter Race – 18 Sec.
• 800 Meter Race – 4 Minutes 45 Sec.
• Long Jump – 3 Meter
• Shot Put (7.26 kg) – NA
