• Telephone Operator: Pay Matrix Level-4 as Rs 25500/- per month
• Telephone Attendant: Pay Matrix Level-4 as Rs 25500/– per month
• Hindi Typist: Pay Matrix Level-2 as Rs 19900/– per month
• Clerk: Pay Matrix Level-2 as Rs 19900/- per month

Education Qualification –

• Telephone Operator: Matric with knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit.
• Telephone Attendant: Matric 1^st Division or Graduation with knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit.
• Hindi Typist: Matric with 1^st Division or Graduation with knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit.
• Clerk: Matric 1^st Division or Higher Secondary/ 12th Vocational Second Division Graduation from a recognized university. Speed of 30 words per minute in English typewriting or 25 words per minute in Hindi/Punjabi typewriting.
