Step -3: Fill all mandatory details

Step -5: Finally Submit your application,  your application will be submit provisionally successfully.

Step -6: Take a print out after final submission of application form.

Step -8: Applicant is required to submit requisite documents, such as Class 12th mark sheet, Caste Certificate and Domicile.
